If you’d like to delete your account permanently from Swadeshi, please read the following:

⚠️ What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

• Your personal information will be permanently removed.

• All your orders, history, and saved addresses will be erased.

• This action cannot be undone.

✅ How to Delete Your Account:

Option 1: In-App Request
Go to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to:

Subject: Request to Delete My Swadeshi Account
Include:

• Your registered phone/email

• Reason for deletion (optional)

🕒 Processing Time:

Your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.

We retain minimal data only as required by law (e.g. for tax or fraud prevention).
